Most of our kitchen bins are designed for DIY installation. However, if you're not comfortable with DIY projects or have a more complex installation, you may wish to hire a professional.

Do your bins have a soft-close feature?

Yes, many of our pull-out bins come with a soft-close mechanism to ensure smooth and quiet operation. Check the product description to see if the soft-close feature is included with your chosen model, or look for model numbers ending in a "S".

How do I clean and maintain my kitchen bin?

Cleaning your kitchen bin is easy! We recommend wiping the interior and exterior with warm, soapy water and a soft cloth. A mild disinfectant can be used for stubborn stains. Make sure to dry the bin thoroughly before placing it back in your cabinet.

How do I choose the right size bin for my cabinet?

To select the correct bin size, measure the width, depth, and height of the space inside your cabinet. We provide detailed dimensions for each of our bins to ensure a perfect fit in each product listing along with an image showing the dimensions. If you're unsure, our customer service team can assist you in finding the right option for your needs.

How long will it take to receive my order?

What is your return and refund policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy for all unused and undamaged kitchen bins. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it for a refund or exchange. Please refer to our Returns & Exchanges section for more details.

What is your shipping policy?

We aim to process and ship all orders within 2-3 business days of purchase. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most customers can expect delivery within 5-7 business days after their order has been shipped. We offer standard shipping as well as expedited options at checkout for faster delivery.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the destination and the size of your order. We currently ship to New Zealand. For orders outside these areas, please contact our customer service team for assistance.
