Returns and Refunds

6.1 If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return products within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the products are unused and in their original packaging.

6.2 Please contact us before returning any products. The cost of return shipping is the responsibility of the customer unless the product is faulty or damaged.

6.3 Chef’s Nest reserves the right to refuse a refund if the products are not in a saleable condition.

6.4 Gift vouchers are non-refundable under any circumstances.
